Dear Reader, According to the Los Angeles Times (1/28/11), a car bomb exploded next to a funeral tent killing 48 people and wounding 121 more. In the last 10 days, nearly 200 people have been killed and hundreds more were wounded as the nearly eight year old war continues.

These tragedies show everyone that the Iraq government the U.S. keeps in power cannot provide security any better than it can provide electricity, clean water or sewage treatment.
