11 Year Anniversary Of The Start Of The Iraq War

March 20th marks the 11th anniversary of the Iraq War, a war that cost hundreds of thousands of lives. But in America, it is largely a secret other than for those American families who paid a severe price in that war.

Adding to the sadness, most of them are not visible to the American people anymore than that war is, as the U.S. government would prefer that war be forgotten.

The U.S. largely withdrew from its Iraq War on December 31st, 2011 but that war continues to be fought http://news.antiwar.com/2014/03/16/11-years-after-us-invasion-iraq-is-a-wreck/ and men, women and children continue to be killed or maimed.

The one saving grace would be if mankind learned a valuable lesson from the Iraq War, about not going to war, but as throughout human history, that lesson appears to be unlearned, accept by people of conscience, who feel a spiritual connection with all of mankind.
